Set the Bar High
There is no better way to strengthen your pelvic muscles than a good old fashioned squat. This one, uses stability from the bar and feet pointed outward to up the level of balance, form, and toning. You’ll feel the burn in no time.
Hold this position for at least 30 seconds, increasing how long you hold with each time to your practice this move.
For a little more challenge, try lifting your toes off the floor in this position.
