When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
How are milkmakers packaged?
Cookies come in resealable bags of 10 cookies. To maintain optimal freshness, simply store your milkmakers cookies right in the freezer. They will soften up after just a few minutes for you to enjoy!
How many cookies are in a month’s supply?
A month’s supply = 30 cookies (3 bags of 10 cookies each)
How do I keep my month supply of milkmakers fresh?
milkmakers cookies come in resealable bags for easy access and storage. Just keep them right in the freezer. Eat them frozen for a cool treat or let them sit for a few minutes to soften up (or warm them for about 20 seconds in the microwave).
For multiple month subscriptions, when will my cookies ship?
The first order will be shipped immediately. After that, a month’s supply of cookies will be shipped on the first of each month until the subscription is completed. That way, the cookies arrive fresh each month!
If you would prefer a different ship date, please click "Add Note to Seller" at checkout and specify your desired shipment schedule.
Can I send milkmakers as a gift?
Of course! milkmakers are a wonderful gift for any nursing mother. To include a gift message, click on "Add Gift Message or Note to Seller" during checkout and a text box will appear for your personal message. Also, be sure to change the "Ship to" address if you want to ship directly to your gift recipient.
Can I purchase a milkmakers gift certificate?
Absolutely. Personalized gift certificates are available on the milkmakers order form. During checkout, select “Add Note to Seller” to let us know how to fill out the “To” and “From” fields on the gift certificate. We will send the gift certificate to billing address unless another address is given in the note to seller section.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $5 per order. Multiple month subscriptions include free shipping. Shipping rates for international orders (outside the U.S.) vary; please contact us for exact rates to ship to your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! At the moment, our online ordering system only allows for U.S.-based buyers. If you are a customer outside of the United States, please email us and we will be happy to arrange an order for you! For Canada, when the PayPal shopping cart pops up select "ship outside the US" at the bottom and then select "Canada".
A tip for international orders:
It is more cost effective to order a 3-month supply and have them shipped all at once.
If I have a promotion code, where do I enter it for my discount?
Enter the code in the "Add Note to Seller" box at checkout. Discounts are refunded after the order is placed. Unfortunately, this is the only way that Paypal can process promotion codes right now, but they are working on implementing a real promotion code feature. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns about getting the correct price for your milkmakers cookies.
How can I find out the status of my order?
If a tracking number was not sent to you, please email us and we will track it down for you!
