For this move, you will need a 3-5 pound weight.
Step forward with toes facing forward. Bend down with your back at just slightly above a 90 degree angle.
With your arms hanging down, pull back the weight and hold. You can either hold for time, or repeat 10-12 reps. You should feel it burn in your triceps!
