Get That Butt Off the Floor
If you feel like your pelvic floor could use strengthening to prepare for birth or to recover from it, this is the move for you: bridge. Sitting on the floor, tilt your back slightly back, push your arms off of the floor, and lift that booty up until you feel that burn both in your triceps AND your lower abs. This move is gentle enough for pregnant moms but effective for moms at all levels!
