How can I reach customer service?

How fast will I see results?

If you’re in need of a breast milk boost, try eating one to two delicious lactation cookies every day. While every woman’s body is different, most moms notice an increase in their milk supply after a few days. Milkmakers also recommends seeking help from a lactation consultant.

What flavors do Milkmakers come in?

Milkmakers cookies are Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Zesty Lemon, and Oatmeal Raisin. Cookie mixes are Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, GF Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, and GF Oatmeal Raisin. Teas are original flavor and coconut.

 

What do Milkmakers Cookies taste like?

Besides delicious? The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is chock-full of semi-sweet chocolate chunks and crunchy oatmeal. The, oatmeal raisin cookie is full of plump raisins and the spicy goodness of cinnamon and clove. The zesty lemon is a splash of sunshine in every bite.

Should I start eating Milkmakers cookies when I am pregnant?

Until you have your baby, Milkmakers cookies are just a great cookie (delicious & nutritious) for anyone. They make a great post-labor recovery snack, and many moms have them in hand close to their delivery date. The cookies won’t help with milk production until you are lactating.

 

How many cookies are in a month’s supply?

A month’s supply of Bags are 30 cookies (3 bags of 10 cookies each). A month’s supply of Grab & Go Bakery Boxes are 36 cookies (3 boxes of 12 individually wrapped cookies). A month’s supply of mix makes 36 cookies (3 bags, each bag makes 12 cookies).

 

How are Milkmakers packaged?

Cookie 10-Pack Bags and Mix Bags are resealable. Individually wrapped cookies come in stay-fresh bags. Keep your cookies in the freezer to maintain freshness. They will soften up after just a few minutes for you to enjoy!

 

How do I keep my month supply of Milkmakers fresh?

Milkmakers cookies come in stay-fresh bags (10-packs are resealable). For long-term storage, keep your cookies in the freezer. They will soften up after just a few minutes. Eat them frozen for a cool treat or let them sit for a few minutes to soften up (or warm them for about 20 seconds in the microwave).

Are the cookie mixes gluten-free?

While Milkmakers Cookies are not gluten free, both Mix flavors have gluten free options.

For multiple month subscriptions, when will my cookies ship?

Your first order will be shipped immediately. One month later, you’ll receive your next month’s supply of cookies. It will be shipped on the same day every month until your subscription is cancelled. For example, if you order on January 5th, your first order will go out within 24 hours and the next order would ship on February 5th. That way, the cookies arrive fresh each month and you never run out of Milkmakers Cookies!

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

When it’s time to end your subscription, it’s easy to submit your request on your subscription management page. *Subscription changes must be made 3 days prior to the next renewal date.

How do I update my credit card information in my account?

Visit your account management page.

I received broken cookies, what should I do?

We take great measures to ensure that your cookies arrive in one piece, yet things happen in transit that are out of our control. We stand behind the quality of our cookies 100%. Please contact us immediately with any quality issues and we will replace your cookies. We do our very best to make our moms happy.

 

What does “regular shipping” mean?

Your cookies are shipped within one business day of when your order is submitted. Orders to the Continental US are sent by UPS Ground, and take from 1-5 business days. Orders are sent by USPS Standard to PO Boxes, and outside the Continental US. This takes 2-8 business days, sometimes longer.

 

What does expedited shipping mean?

“Expedited shipping” is sent UPS Next Day Air, which arrives next day in the afternoon. Please keep in mind that we have to receive your order before 1.30 pm (PST) in order to process it on the same day. To see the option for expedited shipping, sign into the Milkmakers shopping cart with your customer login.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Shipments to a PO Box are sent USPS Standard. This takes 2-8 days, sometimes longer.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Your cookies are shipped within one business day of when your order is submitted. Shipping takes from 1-5 days to arrive to the Continental US.

 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address on my order?

Contact Customer Service as soon as you realize that you have submitted an incorrect address. We will assess where your package is in the process and will do our very best to redirect it. If your package has already been shipped out, we may not able to make changes.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We will accept returns, however, if the products arrive damaged, discolored or tampered with in a suspicious manner. In such cases, please contact us and we will provide return instructions and a replacement or refund.

 

What is the shipping cost?

Since shipping costs can vary, please add your product to the cart and punch in your zip code. Your shipping cost will show up. Note that subscriptions ship for FREE.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

How can I find out the status of my order?

When your product ships, we send you an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will track it down for you.

 

Can I send Milkmakers as a gift?

Of course! Milkmakers are a wonderful gift for any nursing mother. During checkout, you can add your personalized gift message. Click the “Is a Gift” box under the Gift Options section of the checkout page, and you will be given a space to write a Gift Message. Also, be sure to change the shipping address if you want to ship directly to your gift recipient.

 

If I have a gift certificate, where do I enter it to redeem it?

You may redeem your Milkmakers gift certificate by adding the certificate number under payment information on the checkout page.

 

Can I purchase a Milkmakers gift certificate?

Buy Milkmakers Gift Certificates here. You’ll be sent an email containing the gift certificate code.

 

If I have a promotion code, where do I enter it for my discount?

Enter the coupon code during checkout in the payment information section of the checkout page. Click the “apply coupon code” button. The discount will then be reflected in your total at the bottom of the page. You may also enter it on the view cart page. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns on the correct price for your Milkmakers cookies.

Do Milkmakers contain dairy products?

Milkmakers dry cookie mixes can be baked completely dairy free. Milkmakers cookies contain dairy. Bumpboosters cookies are dairy free.

 

Do Milkmakers contain nuts?

Milkmakers Cookies do not contain nuts but they are baked in a bakery that uses nuts. Although our bakery is peanut-free, pecans, almonds, and walnuts are used in the facility and it is not possible to guarantee that everything is free of nut oil from pecans, almonds, or walnuts (even our mixes).

 

Are Milkmakers gluten free?

While Milkmakers Cookies are not gluten free, both varieties of It’s a Mix! have gluten free options. Baking gluten-free cookies requires rigorous setup and monitoring, which we’re not in a position to do. So, in the interest of getting lactation cookies to all moms who need them, we provide gluten-free mixes for our gluten-free moms.

Are Milkmakers Lactation Teas gluten-free?

Milkmakers Tea is not certified gluten-free. Oatstraw, which is in Milkmakers Tea, is gluten-free and is safe for most people with gluten-intolerance. However, the main problem with oats and oatstraw in gluten-free eating is contamination. Most commercial oats are processed in facilities that also process wheat, barley, and rye.
