  16. “I’m thankful that my body is able to supply all the milk my son needs and that we have been fortunate enough to not have to supplement. I love how close we are and how it calms him down in times of stress or discomfort.” – Chelsie B.
  17. “Formula is very expensive and breastmilk is much better and natural for baby.” – Amber B.

  21. “I am thankful for my “milk makers” for so many reasons. I never imagined I’d become such a huge advocate for breastfeeding, but as my daughter & I approach our 1 year anniversary of breastfeeding , we’re still going strong. I’m so thankful for “milk makers” that work! I’m thankful for the support I’ve gotten as a breastfeeding new single mother. I’m thankful for the negativity from others who don’t agree with my choice to continue breastfeeding . I’m thankful for fenugreek & lactation cookies. I’m thankful for the incredibly strong bond my daughter & I share because of our breastfeeding relationship. Most importantly, I’m thankful for my almost 1 year old’s health & happiness! Yay for momma’s milk!” – Ashley H.
  22. “I am thankful to have the opportunity and the choice to breastfeed. There are a lot of moms who can’t for any number of reasons, and I had a hard time breastfeeding my twins when they were born 8 years ago, which makes me appreciate that I can breastfeed my new baby now even more. It makes me happy knowing that he’s at 95% for height and weight due mostly to what he’s getting from me!” – Gayle W.
  23. “I’m thankful because of the indescribable amazing bond it creates between myself and my child. It’s a feeling like no other.” – Jenai S.
  24. “I’m thankful for the quiet time just me and my baby get to share during breast feeding – especially when it’s cuddling in bed!” – Dorothy B.
  25. “With my 4th child, my baby, I am so thankful for the little reminder to break away from the chaos of the day every few hours to stop and cuddle just him. Also, as my body heals from birth, it is not looking it’s best, but breastfeeding makes me so proud and thankful for all my body has done to usher the people I love most into the world and nourish them once they get here. To think that my body can give them all they need leaves me feeling totally astonished and grateful.” – Diana C.
